Dunnellon Emergency Management
The Fire Chief also servers as the Coordinator of Emergency
Management for the City of Dunnellon and is a member of the
Marion County Emergency Management Team. The City of Dunnellon
Emergency Management is responsible for reducing the loss of
life and property, as well as protecting our critical
infrastructure from natural and man-made disasters. Dunnellon EM
successfully accomplishes its mission through a comprehensive,
risk-based emergency management program of mitigation,
preparedness, response, and recovery.
In an effort to better protect our community's residents and
visitors, we have developed this website to provide up-to-date
emergency information and what steps you should take during an
emergency. Additionally, there are links to family emergency
preparedness activities and information on disaster training.
